Pengelolaan gedung Telkomsel secara nasional menjadi kepercayaan yang diemban oleh PT Kinarya Selaras Piranti. Cakupan layanan meliputi pengelolaan Kantor Regional, GraPARI, dan TTC di seluruh Indonesia—meliputi Area 1 (Sumatera), Area 2 (Jabodetabek dan Banten), Area 3 (Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Bali, Nusa Tenggara), dan Area 4 (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua). Skup pekerjaan mencakup layanan kebersihan gedung (housekeeping), keamanan gedung (security), serta perawatan teknis (mechanical engineering).
